Who are we?

The first stirrings of what would lead to the organization's current it started on September 20, 1993. For its founders, the Neo-Quebecers of different origins (Haitian, Latin American, african, Asian, European,...) and Quebecers of strain. In the Face of numerous economic needs, educational, social, and employment of the inhabitants of the neighbourhoods of Villeray-Saint-Michel in particular, but also other surrounding neighborhoods, the organization should find solutions to the problems.
However, this is the August 7, 1995, that the Foundation of the Samaritans Pilgrims was born officially and legally.

The Foundation of the Samaritans Pilgrims has always focused its efforts on the activities of information, help, reference, education (literacy, remedial education...) and distribution of food and clothing.

La coopération avec les organismes communautaires et publics du milieu, a permis à la Fondation des Samaritains Pèlerins de réfère des clients pour leur faire connaître d’autres ressources et répondre ainsi a plusieurs de leurs besoins spécifiques.
